For each Color group I just printed the Memory Word Games on coordinating colored cardstock.  I then just cut them apart and keep them in small zip lock sandwich baggies.    I used labels to attached directions to the outside.

I found some great little plastic containers at IKEA that I am using to store various materials in.

These stack really well, are small, colorful and best of all were really cheap.
